Recently, affected by the holiday, the domestic demand for pure cotton yarn in Pakistan has been suppressed, while the demand for blended yarn is relatively strong. On the export market, Chinese demand has dropped sharply, and Pakistan's cotton yarn export prices have remained basically unchanged. According to statistics, in August 2018, Pakistan's cotton yarn exports decreased by 4.02% year-on-year to 37,000 tons.
