The company has established a Leading Group for Green Factory Development and issued the “Notice on the Establishment of the Leading Group for Green Factory Development,” clearly defining the responsibilities of relevant personnel for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and incentive mechanisms related to green factory construction, and instituting a target‑based accountability system. In addition, the company has formulated the “Medium‑to‑Long‑Term Plan for Green Factory Development (2018–2022),” breaking down the green factory development objectives into five key areas—environmental friendliness, energy conservation and low carbon emissions, resource efficiency, green procurement, and green production inputs—and setting specific quantitative and qualitative targets to be achieved.
(1) Energy Management System
The company implements a three-tier energy management system—corporate, departmental, and workshop levels—clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of each department and individual to ensure comprehensive execution of enterprise‑wide energy management. A set of energy‑management policies has been established and is being effectively enforced. The company maintains statistical reporting on energy consumption and keeps detailed records of energy‑using equipment. In terms of energy conservation, it has instituted an “Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Management System.” This system covers the measurement, assessment, and management of water, electricity, and other energy resources in both production and office areas, along with a performance‑based reward‑and‑penalty framework that aligns energy‑saving efforts with employees’ financial incentives, thereby motivating proactive participation.
To further reduce energy consumption across all categories, the company has implemented a series of energy‑saving upgrades and control measures, including the development of monthly energy‑consumption monitoring sheets for each workshop, comprehensive comparative charts of production‑related energy and resource usage, period‑to‑period comparison tables for each workshop, and trend charts tracking the cumulative achievement of workshop‑specific targets. In addition, the company conducts regular maintenance and inspections of its production facilities and performs routine equipment servicing to ensure their reliable and efficient operation.
(2) Building a Digital and Intelligent Green Low-Carbon System
