I. Background and Objectives
With growing global awareness of environmental protection and the pressing issue of energy scarcity, our company has begun to prioritize and implement energy-saving, environmentally friendly practices.

II. Plan Details
1) Energy auditing and monitoring
Conduct a comprehensive energy audit to assess energy consumption and identify potential energy-saving opportunities.
Establish an energy management team responsible for setting energy targets and overseeing their implementation.
2) Energy-saving measures
Optimize equipment operating modes to reduce energy waste. For example, adjust equipment schedules to avoid running during periods of low load.

Focus on energy conservation in the office by reducing standby power consumption of office equipment and minimizing the use of single-use office supplies. Promote e‑government, encourage paperless operations and double-sided printing, and cut down on the issuance of paper documents.
Place great emphasis on energy conservation in meetings, reduce meeting durations and scales, and encourage the use of teleconferences and video conferences.
3) Waste Management
Reduce waste generation by adopting the principles of recycling and reuse. For example, implement a system for sorting and recycling waste.
Establish a waste management system to track the generation and treatment of waste.
Regularly provide employees with training on proper waste-sorting knowledge and skills.
4) Promote green modes of transportation
Encourage employees to use public transportation or shared mobility options for their commute.
Promote the use of electric vehicles and provide employees with electric vehicle charging facilities.
III. Energy-Saving Benefits
It is expected that, through energy management and optimization of equipment operating modes, average energy savings of more than 10% can be achieved.
